BEFORE SIGNING please consider the following:

THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES that your items will sell. North TX Trade Days @Muenster Heritage Park makes every effort to bring in shoppers via radio, local TV ads, magazine ads, web and social media just to name a few. We have no control over other events taking place in town, inclement weather or other factors keeping shoppers away.

VENDORS MUST ASSIST IN ANY/ALL FORMS OF PROMOTING THIS EVENT-SHARING on FB, Instagram, Twitter, Email, Etc. A successful show is based on teamwork. 

Your followers want to know where you are!!!

1. SET UP - Vendor set up will be SEPT. 29, 2017 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Do NOT begin set up until you check in at the Vendor Information Table. ONLY ONE vehicle will be allowed in per vendor at any given time. Vendors MUST turn off their ignition while unloading. Please unload booth and merchandise in your assigned space then proceed to designated vendor parking (Vendors will park only along the north side of the building). DO NOT begin assembling your booth before moving your vehicle. Vendors will not be allowed to leave vehicles parked for an extended period of time or leave them unattended. Please be considerate and do not block other vendors.

2. MOVE OUT - Vendors may not begin packing up, nor may they exit the premises prior to the conclusion of the show. Packing items and taking them to your vehicle prior to the show ending will result in a permanent ban from future markets.

3. CLEAN UP - Vendors are required to remove ALL items from their space. No items may be left on the premises. If you brought it in, you must take it with you when you leave regardless of condition. Do not place excessive trash in the public trash cans. Trash, tape, zip ties and all other debris must be picked up. Boxes may be disposed of in the designated area on the fairgrounds in the large trash dumpsters.

4. REFUNDS - There are no refunds, exchanges or rain checks given past the cancellation date which is noted on the application. Vendors are required to have their own insurance for damage to booth or items inside your booth.

5. SPACE ASSIGNMENTS - All items for sale must be placed within the designated space markings and all aisles must be kept clear.

6. THIS EVENT WILL BE HELD RAIN OR SHINE regardless of ALL weather conditions. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN in the event of inclement weather. In the event of rain all dealers are required to stay in their spaces and MAY NOT MOVE THEIR VEHICLES or leave the selling area prior to conclusion of the event unless instructed to do so by a member of the North TX Trade Days @North TX Trade Days-Denton, TX.

7. TRANSFERENCE OF VENDORS SPACE - No vendor shall transfer, sell, resell or sublet their space. Entry will be denied to any person who did not purchase their space directly from North TX Trade Days. North TX Trade Days reserves the right to remove any vendor who did not purchase the space from North TX Trade Days @ North TX Fairgrounds-Denton, TX and fill out the appropriate forms.

8. VENDOR HELPERS – please provide a badge or name tag for any helper that will be assisting you during the event. They may not bring a separate vehicle into the set up area. Only ONE vehicle per vendor is permitted into the set up area.

9. FOOD, BEVERAGE AND DANGEROUS ITEMS - No food, beverages, gas filled balloons, fireworks, contraband, or pornography may be offered for sale. No loud music or amplified voice equipment are permitted.

10. PETS – Pets are allowed only on a leash or cage kept inside your booth.

11. CANOPIES/SUPPLIES - Vendor must supply their own tables, chairs, canopies, etc. There are no generators are allowed inside building. All vendors setting up a canopy in a space must have it properly anchored and/or weighted.

12. NO PRINTED MATERIALS or CLOTHING to be worn promoting other events other than that which pertains to the vendor’s items for sale may be distributed to dealers or customers without prior consent of North TX Trade Days owner.

13. AGREEMENT - Vendors payment acknowledges that the vendor accepts and agrees to adhere to all of the terms and conditions set forth and all rules appearing at the North TX Trade Days web site or found within these guidelines. North TX Trade Days @ North TX Fairgrounds-Denton, TX reserves the right to refuse service and/or booth rental to anyone, or to require any vendor to leave. North TX Trade Days @ North TX Fairgrounds-Denton, TX reserves the right to formulate additional rules and regulations if necessary and each vendor shall abide by such additional rules and regulations.

14. COMPLIANCE - North TX Trade Days @ North TX Fairgrounds-Denton, TX reserves the right to restrict and evict any Vendor for non-compliance with rules and regulations as stated herewith, or any Vendor whose method of operation distracts from the integrity of the event without refund to vendor. No Vendor shall conduct his business so as to interfere with or disturb others. Failure to comply with any of the rules stated herewith shall be grounds for eviction from this event without refund and the denial of issuance of future space rental. The permission granted to sell at one event shall not convey a right to sell at future events.

15. VENDOR CODE OF CONDUCT - Physical or verbal threats or abuse, obscene, libelous slanderous conduct, disruptive behavior, willful disobedience, profanity, vulgarity, open and persistent defiance of authority, will not be tolerated and will result in immediate and permanent expulsion from the event. North TX Trade Days @ North TX Fairgrounds-Denton, TX is a diverse environment. Tolerance of cultures, beliefs, and freedoms of other vendors must be observed.

16. MEDICAL EMERGENCIES - In the event of a medical emergency, 911 will be called. The vendor may not bring their vehicle into the event due to a medical issue.

17. LIABILITY - Vendor is aware that North TX Trade Days @ North TX Fairgrounds-Denton, TX does not guarantee the safety or security for the person or property of vendor’s employees at its event. Vendor assumes all risk of personal injury and loss of property. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless North TX Trade Days @ North TX Fairgrounds-Denton, TX against any and all claims and causes of action arising out of: (1) personal injury to, or loss of property of vendor or any of vendor’s employees or (2) vendor’s activities in connection with space rentals from North TX Trade Days @ North TX Fairgrounds-Denton, TX the provisions of this section shall apply on all occasions commencing with this event and all subsequent events produced by North TX Trade Days @ North TX Fairgrounds-Denton, TX

18. PHOTOGRAPHY for promotional materials will occur during the event. By your signature on this application, vendor and their employees agree to be photographed and/or videoed and their likeness used for promotional purposes.
